Use the measurements in centimeters described for each size in the table below as a reference.

To find out your bust , pass a measuring tape around your bust (chest height), passing through your back, measuring the entire circumference (chest and back).

To measure length , take a vertical measurement (top to bottom) from your neck (where the shirt collar usually sits) to your hip (where the shirt hem usually sits).

To measure the length of your pants , use the tape measure to measure from the waist to the heel.

To take the sleeve measurement , take the measurement from the shoulder to the middle of the hand.

NOTE 1: There may be a small margin of error in measurements, from 1 to 3 centimeters, due to manual measurement (measurements taken by hand).
