1. Is it safe to buy, will I really receive my order?
Yes, we have been in the market since 2017 and have shipped to all states in Brazil. You can check our Instagram highlights for hundreds of customer feedback, with photos and videos of received orders.

2. Delivery and Delivery Time?
* Our deliveries are made via carriers.

* For imported orders, the average delivery time is 15 to 25 business days after order confirmation, which may vary by more or fewer days depending on the logistics in each location:

* There are regions and Brazilian states where delivery logistics take a few more days than expected, which can cause delays, and the store does not have the autonomy to intervene. In this case, the customer should continue to track the order and wait for delivery.

* For pronta entrega (national shipping) orders, the average delivery time is 15 calendar days, which may be fewer days depending on the state/region.

3. I have already bought, how do I track my order?
As soon as payment is confirmed, we send a purchase confirmation email to the email address registered for the order.

After purchase confirmation, the next update on the order is the sending of tracking information, which is done within 7 business days after purchase confirmation, also via email.


4. The store is Brazilian, but my order was sent from another country, why?
We are a Brazilian store (from the state of MA), but we sell both products with national shipping and products with international shipping (the vast majority in the store).

Imported products are ordered from abroad and sent to the customer in Brazil, as many of the products we sell are not available in Brazil, such as Merch Products, for example.

Note: In the description of each product in the store, we inform whether the shipping is national or imported; it is up to the customer to read and be aware of the information previously provided by the store.

5. Is there a risk of my order being taxed? And if so, how to proceed?
Our shipments are carried out via Remessa Conforme, meaning the shipments already meet customs requirements and, in this case, should not be taxed.

However, it is worth mentioning that customs requirements in Brazil change all the time and without prior notice; but if there is any customs issue with the order, the store will do its best to resolve it. If not possible, a reshipment or cancellation and refund of the purchase will be made.
